How to Balance Reflection and Action
I think I put in like more than my fair share of time doing the introspection last year and then I was like okay I'm done I don't want to do that for like a long time so I felt like I needed to get that out of my system. The process of realizing that these things are not actually me and me is something I can reinvent or completely change it's constantly at the whim of my environmentactually more than I thought was was very just calcifying and then choosing what I wanted to add back in was kind of like a process that was less contemplative or or meta and more based off of what feels good.
