A process is a sequence of steps that must be done in specific order to achieve a desired result. Tasks, on the other hand, are that action that needs to get done. A task is a singular as it's a single, atomic unit of a process and lowest level of granularity. And you're going to break down task, you can break them down into sub tasks, and they need to support multiple processes too.
