The Importance of Being Active in Your Business
When a new owner comes in, there are always day one jitters that employees feel. But if you have a seller who's not aggressive about their business because they're approaching retirement, whatever, they just not that growth oriented and they're a little bit resting on their laurels. Different doesn't necessarily mean better. You know, we're going to give you the same level of service, if not better. I want to build on the base that you've created, not destroy that. It doesn't help anyone to destroy all the good things you've been doing that have made this company successful. We need to continue to build on that so we can grow and do something more.
