Getting in the Moment
First thing i do in the morning is a ten-minute meditation. I don't want the day to run meso, visualizing what i want to accomplish. Cleaning your teeth takes two minutes and then just got to clean the living space. Make the bed. Just one of those acts of completion in na productive act. And ye ni's just a givve you clarity, really,. If you can do one thing to give you some clarity in the morning, gives you some focus - that you create id, nice, clean living space.
