Congress passes a law to give biddle's bank another 20 years of life. Bill is in washington, d c for the event. He throws a party that goes late into the night. And then on july fourth, as it happens, 18 32, that bill lands on jackson's desk for him to sign into law. Jackson looks at it, considers it for a moment and says, "Oh hell no"
