I'm curious how you came about to decide to write this book and what was your thinking. Can you guide us through your thinking process there? Sure, well I think probably my whole life or my whole career, I mean if anything I'm good, probably a talking. And so in that sense this is a skill that I probably have more naturally inclined to.
