Black children are suspended at almost four times the rate of their white peers. They're more likely to be arrested in school and have police officers in their schools. The stereotype of black parents being authoritarian and hostile, intoxic a usually applies only to black mothers. Black men actually spend more time with their children than men of other racial groups.
