Biochemist Dr. Colm Kelleher was a project manager for the largest government-funded UFO investigation in US history. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) spent $22 million over 27 months in its study of UFO incidents, cases, and technology. Kelleher personally oversaw the hiring of 50 full-time employees and investigators but was also a hands-on field investigator for AAWSAP, the direct precursor to AATIP, the UAP Task Force, and AARO. Kelleher discussed the overlap of UFO incidents with seemingly paranormal phenomena, including the so-called “hitchhiker effect” at Skinwalker Ranch and other locations.
