The epigenetic drift is a cause or a consequence of the aging? Or do we not know yet, right? So I think do as you get older, does it start to naturally drift? It's almost a little bit of both. DNA damage increases aging because it's cell damage. But at the same time, it's something that happens as we get older because our cells don't replicate as well and things are slower. Yes. The important thing to note is we can do something to change it. so we can reduce the drift from normal, right?
My guest today is a returning guest and if I’m honest, it’s taking me far too long to get her back on. Dr Denise Furness is a geneticist, and fitness professional, and on super-dooper smarty pants.
On today’s podcast we discuss the latest in Biological Age testing, which has moved on in leaps and bounds in recent years. We also discuss the various ways that you can lower your biological age and have a very cool announcement that we’re both super-excited about, so stay tuned.
If you’d like to know more about the trial that we’re going to do, you can register your interest by sending an email to info@genenutrition.com.au
