Denis Avos-Saronson was the first person in the world to feel something with a prosthetic. He lost his hand and most of his arm on New Year's Eve 2003, 2004. Denis used several different prostheses to get some functionality back. But none of these allowed him to fill with that hand again until he heard about a study.
