Dorcas is another rare name in the story because it is actually not a saint's name. So this character is very unusual in the way that Wolf has chosen to name people. Saverian and Ajiya have not yet gotten to the Lake of Birds, which is their ultimate goal. They've run through three or four other gardens before this, and they're finally arriving at theLake of Birds.
