Is the State a Monstrosity?

The state is underpinned in fact by a wider ecosystem, the state is simply the apex predator within. And so if we remove the state, yes, some things become easier but also the state will just regrow if we still have a variety of other forms of domination. This doesn't have to just be like what might be offhandedly called cultural forms of oppression, like patriarchy,. But it can be things like the apportionment of capital. Even Rothbard recognized that if you privatize the Soviet Union, as is example, or, you know, and into the hands of 20 people, you've not really done away with the state.
