How to Reduce the Effects of Hormonal Changes on Emotional Wellbeing

A lot of women, a high percentage of women I should say, when they're going through pre menstruation will experience significant hormonal changes that lead to significant emotional changes. So if we know that temperatures maybe let's say flare up a little bit faster we resort to a little bit more anger. Well, we know that as those emotions become exacerbated as they increase, especially if they're not regulated, that can cause more hormonal dysfunction. We can self regulate before it spirals down into not so great emotional well being.
