Jodice Wendser talks about entrainment. Entrainment basically is the cell that's vibrating at the highest frequency will help lift the other ones up. So when you're vibrating at a specific frequency of joy, you're actually able to bring people up to that frequency with you. And I think we're at a point on earth where we need more of that modeled because we're so used to being shown the struggle that it takes to get what you want.
