How to Retrain Users to Use a More Scalable Product

Sometimes we need to retrain our users to use a more scalable product. There are lots of kind of nuances that have crept up along the way around data types. The most ridiculous thing about all this is like sequel. We can't figure out how to make everybody have the same sequel keywords. It's going to take somebody coming and giving people the ability to operate in a way that feels most most productive to them.
