The Desire for Money in the Gospel of Luke
Paul stressed that he did not seek any material gain from them. He worked with his own hands to support his ministry. Paul is driven, more than anything else, with the desire to help the weak. The task of an elder and the virtues that he will need to perform it are described in this chapter.
