The OCD Stories is a podcast dedicated to raising awareness and understanding around obsessive compulsive symptoms. I do this through interviewing inspired therapists, psychologists and people who have experienced OCD. This week we break down an article they wrote in the ISDF newsletter called What If This Is Not OCD? Douting The Douting Disease. We discuss the idea of what if this is not OCD and other thoughts that get in the way of therapy. Hopefully this episode resonates with many of you which I'm sure it will do.
