Growth and Development in Nefli

Wear nefliks host Troxel to talk about what it looks like to grow as an employee in the famously flat structure of sneflix. We're going to hear from several of my colleagues on what growth looks like ot the company and even how the processes for growth and development are changing. For me, the kind of growth that i'm looking for is not technical growth. I think i underestimated how much i knew about myself, and having other people give me constant feedback has helped me learn a lot about what i do well, what i don't do well.
