Every group I work with, when they consider their future external environment, so what is it the external environment's asking of us? What's the level of complexity that we need to hold in order to make good decisions. None of that is held in organizational structures. How you actually get this thing to come about becomes extraordinarily difficult. If you are saying you want a future to be around co-creation, collaboration, everyone has a voice, we have distributed decision making, etc. and you have got manuals and processes that require you to get signed off from 15 levels before you can take the next step. The two things that totally incommensurate.
