In today’s episode I’ll talk about what I think the point of going through a break up is, and no I don’t believe the point of it is just to suffer. The point of break up is what that pain and suffering empowers you to do, I give tons of examples on how I’ve seen break ups become blessings in disguise in my life and client’s lives. My guess is you’ll come away from this episode with a new found hope for the future and a motivation to harness your heartbreak for something positive.
