When the queen died, that was- You're not supposed to say. Like, I'm happy the old bad is dead. Right? And Freud's claim here is that the intensity of that taboo is a transformed version of the fear that the dead are going to come back and take revenge on us if we disavow them. Is this why I don't have an experience of the uncanny? Because like, not even a little tiny piece of me believes in ghosts. Well, I don't even feel like the tiniest little like tingling of any of that.
