How to Develop a Culture of Direct Truth

If you're having a conversation with a group of leaders and they're asking. how what your suggestion is to try to inject that type of thinking in their, at least their key people. You won't do it because this hasn't become part of your DNA. Therefore you can only do it prescriptively no matter how hard you try. When will you recognize that it is part of somebody's DNA? Right now we were talking about you. What can you see? Tell me. Let's stick to me. And believe me a couple of weeks ago then that hit me between the eyes and I connected with me. Am I there yet? Of course not but I'm getting it.
