The standard error assumes that part of bearing the body is not affecting a cross factor relations. The ability to detect a difference in fit will largely not be affected by whether or not you have parceled. When variables don't connect very strongly to the factors, no matter how strongly the factors do or do not connect, it doesn't get communicated out to the variables because there are weak loadings. And what that means is that when the structural portion of your model is misspecified, when you have a lot of loadings, but they're relatively weak, there's not a lot of communication of that badness of fit into the 4,000 and 5 correlations.
