Before OSUAM, there was no recovery of bone marrow from organ donors. In the 60 or so years since bone marrow transplantation begun, over 1.5 million bone marrow transplants have been done around the world. There wasn't any industrialized process for recovering and banking the bone marrow. And that's really what OSUAM has achieved.
