How to Create Less Expert Opinions in Cardiology

John Mandrola: I don't think my colleagues at my institution need experts of academic centers giving guidelines on how many procedures or test modules they need to do. A friend of mine in academics who will remain nameless tells me that cryology fellows spend oodles of time in the Echolap learning the ins and outs of measuring things like the left atrial appendage. So my note to myself is that tasks that are repetitive and requiring little human to human interaction or creativity will surely be replaced by machines.
