Lou Rosenfeld: I was just done his opening keynote here at Interact London, which wasn't so much of a keynote, more of a key exercise. There's a lot of contexts that are, we have to kind of very quickly, almost provide a mission statement of who we are. So the exercise is basically a very simple minded approach to get people to tell their story to a partner. A partner takes notes. You do this for five minutes.
