How to Host on a Property Like This
I knew that even though it was a decent house and a decent location with decent finishes for me that's not my brand. And I knew that there are other hosts who would love the opportunity to learn how to host on a property like that. So yes let's say I do have my properties that I help co-host. There's always another account. My owners have the account. I have the co-host on it. At the end of every month I bill them for the percentage that we've agreed upon for their property which now for me is different. It's on a case by case basis.
