How to Change Your Culture

Culture can be quite hard to get your fingers on, can't it? So do you have some stories or anything to help us get a real tangible sense of what we're going for here? Yeah. There's a story that I talk about in the book. It was about how it's just the founder of Starbucks. And he has just a great example of taking a systemic approach. You fix it once. No, that's beautiful. We need to really figure out, you know, what really needs to shift that makes it easy to do the new behaviors.
