Liz Warren wrote a letter to Texas energy authorities about Bitcoin miners in the state. John Sutter: It was concern trolling, suggesting that Texas really didn't know what it was in for with Bitcoins. He says New England doesn't have its house in order when it comes to energy policy. "I just don't see how they can lecture Texas on the energy grid," he says.
