The US-China Relationship With Ukraine
Is that Russia Chinese taking over in a way that Russia is becoming more of a client state? I think this is a complicated question to think about because if it were the case that China were going to become a straightforward dominant power over Russia, then it would turn a lot of history upside down. And I think that Russia still has advantages in the Russia. That might not have been the case if the Americans had really succeeded in imposing severe damage on its energy exporting capacity.
