Wen: The world seems like spelling on under different access than it did a week ago. There's not a lot of trust in china in brussels, particularly among more hawkish member states. People pick up on the messaging that ch China put out on things like mass diplomacy and vaccine diplomacy. It doesn't seem like putens in a position where anybody can talk sense into him at the moment.
