Getting Into That Mindset as a Software Engineer

When you're a manager, your output is the output of the team. And often when people step into a management role for the first time at work, they've never really done any formal training whatsoever. So if you want to try it for a bit and then go back, that's cool, not a problem because there is no formal training. I think that's something that I've done a lot with my reports over time who wanted to become managers.
