Bitcoin and Regulation

I don't think Bitcoin will just be ignored even if in this short term window of three to five years while they figure out how to create a CBDC and roll it out. The longer we can wait until the government inevitably tries to like shut it down the better off will be. I'm curious if there's anything about banning access to certain networks of certain blockchains or even something as simple as you know identifying and making all holders of a certain token identify themselves so that they are KY seed.
