Primary Care Is a Career I'm a Big Fan of Flexibility
In primary care obviously as you say Rachel there is a lot more flexibility and I think it is a career. As an employer I had a salary GP who won her little one went to nursery she just needed to be back home at 530 to pick up little one. She actually said I would have left you if I couldn't have had that and I wouldn't be working so there's a lot of you know small changes that can be made but I'd like to see more at scale as well.
