HPV Vaccination Unmasked to Africa?

Cervical cancer is the most common in Africa. The local gynecologist can't do a pap smear because it's too labor-intensive. He says there are ways to screen for HPV, but they're expensive and don't have the equipment. A C-in-treat technique would paint cervix with something then freeze it so that precancerous cells could be killed by liquid nitrogen.
