i've seen in some of the siber security circles that i run in on social media, that occasionally you'll see someone who takes it upon themselves to track down some of these folks who are up to no good. Some of the most gratifying ones are when they discover that theyre teen aged boys, and they reach out to their moms. But then that also depends on the mam doing the right thing. So oure always having to depend on some one else to essentially do the right thing, whic is relly hard to enforce,.
