The Effects of Altitude on Performance
Over the three to four weeks upon return from altitude, about half those hemoglobin games you got are disappeared. Your training intensity at altitude might have been compromised so much that the sea level intensity now adds to the altitude and you get a cumulative effect with a better end performance. Each athlete may display their own unique signature of de-aclimatization. Individual complexities in post-altitude camp hinge on many factors, including acute and chronic fatigue from the camp itself.
