Justi benner, hello. Caller: I was really happy to see that ou all were recommending revaluating the youth count. The hope count is the annual one night survey of very visible street homeless and then issues an annual number. Many people think it's an under count of who is actualy street homeless in New York City. Caller: Is there room for no critical dialogue about the hope count?
