The Importance of Muscle Strength in Pregnancy

Pregnant women need to relax their pelvis in order for an entire human being to grow inside of your body. You can get caught in traps of having really tight pelvic floor muscles that are pulling your bones out of place and then you're going to get joint pain. We all get weak abs when we have a pregnancy and carrier pregnancy, so she needs to strengthen her core,. So that those are like the anchors around the pelvis for those joints. She needs to have that strong foundation. But I did want to mention, so you want to get your hormones checked, you want to make sure they're in balance as well.
