Kaffine Sleep Disruption

A, my personal opinion, would skip the kaffine. It really does impact my sleep quality. And i just feel like crap if i habitually consume it late in the afternoon and evening. A, even though i'm a regular kaffie, i think a lot of people convince themselves like, if i just abuse katine long enough and with great enough intensity, it'll be fine. I don't think that's the case.
