How to Conduct an Effective Legal Review
Legal review is simply the review of your client's documents to determine relevance to your case prior to disclosure. The most common option is to have your inhouse legal team conduct the legal review and either use their existing staff, or employ some contract paralegals or lawyers for the length of the review. We're going to talk about who you need on your team so that you can conduct an efficient legal review with as little pain as possible.
