The Importance of a Mental Model
Coaching isn't a profession but that doesn't stop coaches being curious. What's supporting the development of that curiosity into a knowledge base is impactful which allows people to know more about why they are doing what they are doing. We talked about this in the one of the links the UKCCE level four report we did and it was talking about the difference between what's on one and what's someone needs. If you take whom what you're looking at athletes enter curriculum that's actually a really big ask for someone to start creating a mental model. It's not just that I might know about random practice or what practice or representative practice all these different types of practice options are available
