Is There a Fine-Tune for AI?
AI thinks of words in pieces that you and I would call a phonic so TH for example we know that TH together there's a whole bunch of different letters that could come next. The cost involved right now to do a fine tune is 20 cents per 1000 tokens whereas generation it's about two cents per thousand tokens. A token is roughly four characters, the best way to describe it is a thousand tokens is about 700 to 750 words.
Mark talks with Elizabeth Ann West about her writing and using AI tools such as Sudowrite for intriguing new types of collaborations.
