Delegation at DAOs

Both proposals have an element of more focused full-time delegates like what are your thoughts on effective delegation. Most protocols should be considering what do we actually bardella the gets are going to do are they doing it now and then consider if not why not i think a lot of it has to do with creating the right incentive structures what do you need out of your delegates for that in practice  i think several delegates at maker it is their full-time job I think that that's positive because particularly for a DAO that has as much complexity as maker you can't really make informed decisions just checking into the forum five minutes a weekyou have to commit more time and more effort to it
