Tony's Confession Threw by a Judge

The judge sided with tony's defense team and tossed the confession. The judge also ruled it involuntary, reasoning that the detectives wielded their influence in exchange for a statement. Len carver agrees, o, yes, tony was bright. He's articulate. He knows what's going on. I think tony also knew he could have shut everything down. Even tony admitted to that. It did seem like a little game of going back and forth. And i know we can't prove these without his confession.
