i think what's happened now, and seems like your scribing that an, again, i'm seenging in other places too, is that these governments have that first year of success there. And then the second year, none of those policies work at all. And now they just look like petty, tyrants, exactly. There was this initial strong support for them, but as it wore on, you started to get this growing discontent. We needed block down, very slow to move. So they didn't recognize that this whole process was adaptive. They assume that their early stage controls were the way to goo the future. But i think they're paying the price now.
