How to Do Up Front Data Definition?
There needs to exist some concept of a data contract, so an agreement between the sofway engineer and the data consumer. So you have very, very clear ownership over the source data. You have queer, clear quality control s, l as are handled by the engineers. In that case, the definition of the data doesn't really have what i would call an owner. If you're in pigma, there's not an owner of the design on paper. It's an entity. But the implementer of the of the user inter face is always going to be the sufferengineer.
