Do You Know How to Lift a Lightweight Faster?
I haven't addressed certain lifts like for right now, a front loaded squat. So I don't want to load it substantially, but I also want to start really getting my body to get in the groove that I used to be able to get into. And so I'll pause at the hardest parts of the lift and I'll really like take my time tensing up my body and feeling my way back from there. Even though I have like light weight and it helps me to bring myself back.
