The government is a vestige of religious sacrificial cult that our origins of our species came from. So it's, it's the transcendent that allows us to say, look, I just saw on the breaking news, my local news that a whole drug house just got raided. How does that make you feel? The gods owed in for all those things. We call them the thin blue line and we call them democracy. But those are just ideological stand ins for the same function that the gods stood in for.
