SPTC current design is evolving towards a place where at least 30% of the lot supply is sitting with institutional custodians. Then, I think it's an interesting dynamic because it is still the open system. So, it's very decentralized. Anyone can come in and go, but you have a backstop. If that is true by the time SPTC goes live, other than the economic incentives part of it, I think just having that 30% supply really is important to be very helpful.
